Fitness
Stay fit. It is important to work out every day. At least 30 minutes a day. All you have to do is walk around the block, climb the stairs, jog around the corner, dance, etc. You can also join a fitness club like Good Life Fitness or a martial arts centre.
Exercise keep doctor's away. You will live longer and healthier. Eat the proper food ... stay away from junk food like potato chips and sweets! Eat lot of vegetables and fruits ... Do not eat too much red meat or processed meat like cold cuts! Fish is very good for your diet .... at least eat fish twice or three times a week
It is very important to chose the right food for you.
